We were out for lunch at Sushi Tei, and while waiting for our food to be served, I decided to leave the baby with C, while I quickly went to buy something. When I got back, I asked C what he did with the baby.
C: He watched the erm, thing. *gesturing vaguely in the direction of the sushi conveyor belt*
Me: Oh, he liked it?
C: (To Noah) Baby, look! Sushi travelator!
Me: *Horrified* What?
C: No? What’s it called then?
Me: Sushi conveyor belt? *sigh*
