I’ve been asking C to do a maternity photoshoot, but he thinks it makes more sense to do a photoshoot after the babies are born. As a compromise, he brought his camera along on our recent staycation at Rasa Sentosa, and took some photos of us there. The only problem was that we couldn’t manage to get a photo with the three of us, because Noah kept running away when the camera’s timer was on.
C took some really lovely photos of Noah, and I’m glad we have some proper photos of us, with my huge belly, although I had no make-up on, my hair was messy, my arms looked huge, I couldn’t smile naturally, and I didn’t even have proper shoes. If you look carefully, you’ll see that my slippers are messily strewn on the grass in many of the photos. I didn’t even think to put them out of sight, and C rolled his eyes at me when he noticed them in the photos when he was editing them. Haha.
We managed to get TWO photos of the two of us, thanks to Noah. C trained him to hold the camera straight, then to make sure that we were in the middle of the frame, and lastly, to press the button ONCE. It’s a lot harder than it sounds, because Noah kept trying to take photos of the sea, the peacocks walking around, the grass… you get the idea.
Anyway, here are the photos from our DIY maternity photoshoot, courtesy of C.

Our Cheeky Little Darling
These photos were taken during our staycation at Rasa Sentosa, when I was 32 weeks and 3 days pregnant with our twins. I’m glad that we have these photos, although we didn’t manage to get one with all three of us in it. Looking forward to having a proper photoshoot after the twins are born!
