I’m sure everyone is no stranger to the magic that Disney brings, and I was thrilled to be invited to the launch of Disney Baby last week. I mean, I grew up laughing at Mickey Mouse’s antics, cried buckets when Bambi’s mother died, and imagined myself in the Hundred Acre Wood with Winnie the Pooh and his friends as I read the books!
The room was beautifully set up, and Noah was captivated by the two short videos showcasing some of the Disney Baby products. Looking at the wide range of products available, I think the tagline, Creating Magical Moments Right From The Start, is spot on. I couldn’t stop gushing over how adorable everything was in the showrooms, and it made me wish that the Disney Baby products were available in Singapore two years ago, when Noah was born.
Just take a look at these photos, and you’ll know what I mean.
Busy watching the video
Check out the cute colouring sheet they gave the kids!

Delicious looking Disney Baby Cupcakes (which I didn’t manage to eat!)
I love this height chart! I’ve been looking for a nice one, and I think this will look perfect in Noah’s room.
No idea what he was trying to do. Trying to look taller, perhaps?
If only Noah’s room looked like this!

There’s even a potty that’s almost too cute to be used!

Minnie Mouse Booster Seat (Noah couldn’t keep his hands off the sippy cup, sorry)
We received a little Disney Baby goodie bag at the launch, and Noah kept bugging me to open it. He was very excited to see the Winnie the Pooh night light inside, as we have one at home, and reviewed it some time ago. (You can read my review here.)
How adorable are these two babies?
Our Disney Baby goodies
The Disney Baby range of products available spreads across nursery linens, feeding time, apparel, toys, bath-time and home-ware. It is distinctively more design-led, particularly the apparel collection, featuring a contemporary colour palette and beloved Disney characters and stories which parents and gift-givers recognise and treasure. The creative direction ensures ranges are coordinated with the emphasis on mixing and matching Disney character accents across ranges, especially within the nursery and home-ware collections.
In Singapore, Disney Baby works with licensees including Philips Lighting, Infant Tree, Elise Distributor, Small Small World, Tomy Takara, NUK, George, Mothercare and Unicharm.
In celebration of the Southeast Asia debut, retailer Toys”R”Us launched a month-long Disney Baby promotion in all the Toys”R”Us stores in Singapore, which began on 22nd August 2014. Toys”R”Us Star Card members have a chance to win a gold Mickey pendant, courtesy of Poh Heng.
*We were invited to the launch of Disney Baby, and received the items in the goodie bag as shown above. No monetary compensation was received. All photos and opinions are my own, unless otherwise stated.
