The September holidays is just around the corner, and for those of you who are looking for ways to entertain your children, why not sign them up for Camp Discovery at Gymnademics?
From 8th to 12th September 2014, Gymnademics, in collaboration with Explorer Junior, will be running Camp Discovery, to give children (4 to 6 years old) an opportunity to explore and gain exposure to a wide variety and diversity of disciplines, in a fun, intelligent, and creative manner. The modules that the children will be exposed to are wide ranging, and you can expect them to return with a new found interest in Physics, Geography, Art, Nature, Biology, Architecture, History, Economics, Chemistry, and Music. That’s a LOT of topics, isn’t it?
Movement, balance, and mobility activities will also play a key role in this camp. While they continue to explore content-based subjects through a variety of hands-on activities, they will also be engaging in a series of exercises that seek to stimulate their brains, strengthen their body and enhance their body confidence.
One thing I’ve learnt from our classes at Gymnademics is that it is entirely possible for the children to be exposed to a wide variety of topics in just one hour, and that the children are able to understand and learn them all. The classes are fast-paced, but not rushed, and the teachers are so enthusiastic and encouraging that your little ones will feel at ease interacting with them. It’s really such a pity that Noah isn’t old enough for this camp, because I’m sure it will be a very enriching experience.
Interested? Good news! You can get 10% off the camp fees if you quote ‘GrowingwiththeTans’ during the registration process. (This discount cannot be used with other promotional offers.) Sign up quickly, because I’m sure many parents will know a good deal when they see one!
